Mezcaleros Tapas & Cocktails

The highlight of our meal was the tuna tostada (crispy, fresh, perfectly seasoned) and the Tulum, one of their house cocktails ($9 cocktails during their happy hour!), a stunning blue and as aromatic as it was colourful - very! Unfortunately, the other dishes didn’t do it for us. Their presentation was always spectacular but the taste just didn’t match. Although the sauce was quite flavourful, the mole enchilada itself was very dry, and frankly tasted a little stale. The ceviche was bland. The peach cocktail was too watered down. The portions were small for the price and the service was slow. We tried flagging a waitress several times to no avail, and they forgot a drink we ordered and, given we couldn’t flag anyone, didn’t get it at all as we had to leave. I wouldn’t mind returning if invited by someone, but this wouldn’t be my go-to spot for more upscale Mexican food.

The food was excellent and the service was amazing. The decor is so lovely. The tequila shots were amazing and free for posting an Instagram story!! Such a cool concept. The portions felt a little small for the high price but the quality is superior to any Mexican/latin food I’ve had before.

If you care about service ambience and drinks this is the place for you. Even before we got inside Lea was already at the door waiting for us to great us by my name. Throughout diner they took car of us we never ran out of drinks or water and attention. 3 young girls taking care of a while dining room like it was a rolls Royce dealership.keep up the good work because we don't see service like this often nowadays.

Great service to begin with. Very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant has a nice vibe. Food was delicious and made with very fresh ingredients. The avocado mousse app was delightful and filling. The fish tacos was good and the birra tacos which were amazing.

The ambiance is a perfect blend of lively warmth and inviting comfort, setting up a delightful evening of shared plates and spirited conversations. We began with an exciting trio of tacos: the Fish Tacos, the Taco Poulet au Fines Herbes, where tender chicken is elevated by aromatic herbs; and the Tacos Pork Pancetta Al Pastor. Each taco was delicious and satisfying. Accompanying the tacos were the Patatas Bravas—crispy, golden potatoes adorned with Los Quesitos, further enhancing our feast and ensuring that each dish complemented the other. Equally deserving of praise is the cocktail menu. We sampled the Michelada, the Pina Colada, and the Old Mex Call. Each sip from these expertly mixed libations felt like a joyous celebration. Moreover, the attentive service deserves commendation. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to share recommendations.

Our experience was amazing! Emily is the most gracious server and she was so kind, her recommendations were perfect! The food was fresh, tasty, quality ingredients, delicious! Highly recommend!
